RESUMEN: El objetivo central consistió en identificar algunos de los retos del siglo XXI vinculados a la Educación Superior, para los cuales poder aproximar algunas respuestas desde las Estrategias provenientes de la Ética Discursiva y la práctica de los Derechos Humanos.
A fin de instalar el compromiso de respetar y exigir el respeto de los Derechos Humanos de primera, segunda, tercera y cuarta generación en el sistema universitario, proponemos la puesta en marcha de las acciones recomendadas desde la ética discursiva.
Nuestra indagación nos remite a sostener la necesidad de ejercitar las actividades reflexivas que conduzcan a la implementación de los Derechos Humanos a través de las prácticas propias de la acción comunicativa. A través de un análisis filogenético se transitó desde la evolución de la comunicación como práctica heterónoma, hasta la práctica de una moral autónoma que conduzca a una praxis antiautoritaria, cooperativista y humanista. |

| ABSTRACT: The central objective consisted of identifying some of the challenges of the 21st century linked to the higher Education, to which to be able to approach some answers since the Strategies originating from the Discursive Ethics and the practice of the Human Rights. In order to install the commitment to respect and to require the respect of the Human Rights of first, second, third and quarter generation in the university system, we propose it set in motion of the actions recommended since the discursive ethics. Our investigation remits us to maintain the need to exercise the reflexive activities that conduct to the implementation of the Human Rights through the own practices of the communicative action. Through an phylogenetic analysis traveled since the evolution of the communication as heteronymous practice, to the practice of an autonomous morale that conduct to a non authoritarian, cooperative and humanist praxis. |
