Este trabajo aborda las alusiones a la figura del cantautor estadounidense Bob Dylan en el discurso de Alberto Fernández, en tanto retórica de argumentación de cultura rock en tiempos pandémicos y de referencia identitaria ante la disputa política. Desde ese plano, la narrativa del mandatario retoma la experiencia del arte como disputa de significantes democráticos, reafirmación de valores de justicia social y constitución de una mirada “agonista” en el plano político (Mouffe, 2000/2007)
El presente artículo recupera y analiza menciones específicas sobre la escucha musical, el gusto artístico rockero, su conciencia contestataria (de autopercepción transgresora) y la figura de Dylan en testimonios que se desprenden de reportajes, conferencias de prensa y/o discursos en actos públicos, desde el anuncio del primer Aislamiento Social Preventivo y Obligatorio (13 de marzo de 2020) hasta la derrota del Frente de Todos en las PASO de elecciones legislativas (12 de septiembre de 2021)
Al respecto, y como principal hipótesis, se comprende que la característica discursiva del Jefe de Estado argentino incluye una concepción de “consenso conflictual” (Mouffe, Ramos, Oliveira y Mesquita, 2014) y de perspectiva fraterna en sus desplazamientos verbales (Charaudeau, 2009). En lo que refiere a su retórica, el despliegue potencia una mirada “socialdemócrata” en clave peronista que activa un ethos de conducción desde la diversidad y la conversación artística. De este modo, predomina una noción de cultura popular, poética rockera y reminiscencia “hippie” (como evocación aislada)

This work addresses the allusions to the figure of the American singer-songwriter Bob Dylan in Alberto Fernández's speech, as a rhetoric of argumentation of rock culture in pandemic times and of identity reference in the face of the political dispute. From this point of view, the narrative of the president takes up the experience of art as a dispute between democratic signifiers, a reaffirmation of values ​​of social justice and the constitution of an “agonist” gaze on the political plane (Mouffe, 2000/2007)
This article recovers and analyzes specific mentions about listening to music, rock artistic taste, his rebellious consciousness (of transgressive self-perception) and the figure of Dylan in testimonies that emerge from reports, press conferences and / or speeches at public events, from the announcement of the first Preventive and Mandatory Social Isolation (March 13, 2020) until the defeat of the Frente de Todos in the STEP of legislative elections (September 12, 2021)
In this regard, and as the main hypothesis, it is understood that the discursive characteristic of the Argentine Head of State includes a conception of “conflictual consensus” (Mouffe, Ramos, Oliveira and Mesquita, 2014) and of a fraternal perspective in his verbal displacements (Charaudeau, 2009). With regard to its rhetoric, the display enhances a “social democratic” look in a Peronist key that activates an ethos of leadership based on diversity and artistic conversation. In this way, a notion of popular culture, rock poetry and “hippie” reminiscence predominates (as an isolated evocation)
