El presente artículo aborda el teletrabajo como una nueva modalidad laboral que pretende prevalecer en distintos países de América Latina. Se propone analizar específicamente el marco normativo del teletrabajo en Brasil y la Argentina teniendo en cuenta dos procesos que deterioran y/o amparan las condiciones laborales, estos son: la reforma laboral exacerbada en Brasil ante los efectos del coronavirus y la medida del aislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio dispuesta por el gobierno argentino para combatir la pandemia. Serecurre ala categoría analítica del trabajo alienado propuesta por Marx para estudiar el aspecto económico-social del teletrabajo y consecuentemente,las condiciones laborales de las y los trabajadores en el actual contexto de pandemia. A ello apunta este artículo, a problematizar las contradicciones que presenta la nueva modalidad laboral del capitalismo contemporáneo en los derechos laborales y la llamada democracia representativa tanto en Brasil como en la Argentina.

This article address is teleworking as a new work modality that aims to prevail in different Latin American countries. It is proposed to specifically analyze the regulatory framessssss work of telework in Brazil and the Argentina taking into account two processes that deteriorate and/or protect working conditions, these are: the labor reform exacerbated in Brazil in the face of the effects of Covid19 and the measure of social, preventive isolation and mandatory provided by the Argentine government to combat the pandemic. The analytical category of alienated work proposed by Marx is used to study the socio-economica spect of telework and, consequently, the working conditions of workers in the current context of a pandemic. This is what this article points to, to problematize the contradictions that the new labor modality of contemporary capitalism presents in labor rights and the so-called representative democracy in both Brazil and the Argentina.
