A través de esta investigación, exploraremos los campos profesionales (Revista Española de Educación Física y Deporte, 2011) para los que están formados los Docentes de Educación Física en Argentina. Por un lado, la propuesta teórica de los planes de estudio (Romero Brest, 2016; UNLU, 2010 y ISFD Modelo de Bella Vista, según el perfil del egresado de las Instituciones que tienen como propuesta académica el Profesorado de Educación Física, ya sean terciarias o universitarias; por otro lado, la real percepción de los docentes sobre la formación que han recibido, y su incidencia en la Práctica laboral cotidiana: Educación física escolar, Rendimiento deportivo, Gestión, Docencia en Educación superior, Deporte masivo, entre otros; además de conocer su trayectoria laboral y el interés profesional que tienen a futuro. Cabe destacar que, para la presente investigación participaron 104(ciento cuatro) docentes que provienen de 9 (nueve) provincias y de casi 40 (cuarenta) instituciones terciarias y universitarias de formación docente del país, con rasgos de distintas franjas etaria y género, y por supuesto, distintas experiencias en cuanto a formación académica y trayectoria laboral; siendo el nexo entre ellos ser Profesores de educación Física y realizar el CCC en la UNLZ (LARD - UNLZ).
Entre los resultados más importantes encontramos que los docentes se sienten poco preparados para trabajar en Rendimiento deportivo, y sobre todo en Gestión deportiva y Educación superior, siendo estas áreas importantes en la formación académica como propuestas para la inserción laboral. Además, manifiestan poco interés por la Educación física Escolar como espacio laboral, siendo a su vez, el área para la que perciben estar mejor preparados. El único ámbito que mantiene coherencia entre formación y práctica laboral es el deporte masivo.

Through this research, we will explore the Professional Fields (Revista Española de Educación Física y Deporte, 2011) for which Physical Education Teachers are educated in the Argentina. On the one hand, the theoretical proposal of the study plans (Romero Brest, 2016; UNLU, 2010 y ISFD Modelo de Bella Vista), according to the Graduate Profile of the Institutions whose academic proposal in the Physical Education Faculty, whe ther tertiary or university; on the other hand, the real perception of teachers about the education they received, and its impact on Daily Work Practice: School Physical Education, Sports Performance, Management, Higher EducationTeaching, Mass Sports, among others; in addition to knowing their career path and their future professional interest. It should be noted that, for this research, 104 teachers from 9 provinces and from almost 40 tertiary and university institutions of teacher training in the country participated, with traits of different age groups and gender, and of course, different experiences in terms of academic training and career path; being the nex us between them being Physical Education Professors and taking the CCC at UNLZ (LARD - UNLZ).
Among the most important results we find that teachers feel poorly prepared to work in Sports Performance, and especially in Sports Management and Higher Education, these areas being important in academic training as proposals for job placement. In addition, they show little interest in School Physical Education as a work space, which is, in turn, the area for which they perceive they are better prepared. The only area that maintains coherence between training and work practice is mass sport.
