El presente estudio tiene como propósito describir el grado de Orientación a la Dominancia Social (Pratto, Sidanius, Stallworth & Malle, 1994), adoptando la estructura bifactorial (Cárdenas, Meza, Lagues & Yañez, 2010; Silván- Ferrero & Bustillos, 2007;Jost & Thompson 2000), y de Autoritarismo de Derecha; convalidar el fenómeno de invarianza de genero como componente de las jerarquías sociales (Cárdenas et al., 2010; Silván- Ferrero & Bustillos, 2007; Sidanius, Liu, Pratto & Shaw, 1994); y las relaciones existentes entre la escala SDO (y subfactores) y la escala RWA, con la posterior asociativa segmentada por sexo (Ferrero & Bustillos, 2007).

La muestra quedó conformada por 220 participantes, todos ellos estudiantes de la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad de Lomas de Zamora. Los resultados muestran una baja Orientación a la Dominancia Social, igualmente en Orientación a la Dominancia Grupal y Oposición a la Igualdad, y un bajo Autoritarismo de Derecha. Se corrobora la hipótesis de invarianza de género. Las escalas SDO, y el subfactor  Orientación a la Dominancia Grupal, y RWA se asocian moderada y positivamente; aunque solo las mujeres se relacionan positiva y moderadamente entre la SDO, y ambos subfactores, y la RWA.

This study aims to describe the degree of Social Dominance Orientation (Pratto, Sidanius, Stallworth & Malle, 1994), adopting the bifactorial structure ( Cárdenas, Meza, Lagues & Yañez, 2010; Silván - Ferrero & Bustillos, 2007; Jost & Thompson 2000), and of Rigth Wing Authoritarianism; validate invariance phenomenon of genre as a component of social hierarchies ( Cárdenas et al., 2010; Silván - Ferrero & Bustillos, 2007; Sidanius, Liu, Pratto & Shaw , 1994); and the relationships between the SDO scale (and subfactores) and scale RWA, with segmented by sex (Ferrero & Bustillos, 2007) associative back.

Sample was formed by 220 participants, all of them students from the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Lomas de Zamora. The results show a low guidance to Social Dominance, also in guidance to the Group Gominance and Opposition to Equality, and a low Rigth Wing Authoritarianism. Confirms the hypothesis of invariance of gender. The SDO, scales and the subfactor orientation to the Group Dominance, RWA associated moderate and positive; although only women relate to positive and moderately and the SDO both subfactores and RWA.
