El presente artículo da cuenta de algunas reflexiones acerca las perspectivas de los trabajadores frente a las transformaciones del mundo del trabajo a partir de un  estudio basado en un relevamiento de convenios colectivos de trabajo, por un lado y en la participación de espacios de discusión con actores sociales participantes del campo, por el otro.
El principal interrogante fue si la automatización futura suprimirá totalmente las ocupaciones o solo una parte, además de indagar la percepción de la problemática por parte las organizaciones representativas de trabajadores; conocer, si existiesen, estrategias en el marco de las futuras negociaciones colectivas.
Se llevó a cabo una sistematización de cláusulas sobre nuevas tecnologías, presentes en los convenios colectivos de trabajo de diferentes ramas de actividad para, posteriormente, reflexionar sobre las distintas posturas tomadas al respecto.
Se concluyó que la temática de la incorporación de nuevas tecnologías aún no se expone en una importante cantidad de convenios colectivos argentinos; sin embargo, entre los que se han identificado existen espacios de diálogo institucionalizado y permanente, aunque nos falta indagar si están conformados y cuál es su funcionamiento en la práctica cotidiana. Por otro lado, aunque los Convenios Colectivos relevados presentan metas asociadas a formación y capacitación, éstas son generales faltará especificar, entonces, las actividades que den cuenta de las estrategias acerca de nuevas formas de trabajo.

This article reports on some reflections on the perspectives of workers in the face of transformations in the world of work, based on a studybased on a survey of collective labor agreements on the onehand and on the participation of discussion spaces with actors social participants of the field, on the other.
The main question was whet her future automation will totally eliminate occupation soronly part of it, in addition to investigating the perception of the problem by representative organizations of workers; Know, iftheyexist, strategies in the framesssswork of future collective bargaining.
A systematization of clauses on new technologies, present in the collective labor agreements of different branches of activity, was carried out to subsequently reflect on the different positions taken in this regard.
It was concluded that the subject of the incorporation of new technologies has notyet been exposed in a significant number of Argentine collective agreements, how ever amongt hose that have been identified there are spaces for institutionalized and permanent dialogue, alt hough we stillneed to inquireifthey are formed and what is itsoperation in dailypractice. On the otherhand, although the Collective Agreements surveyed present go als associated with education and training, these are general, lacking the specification of activities that account for strategiesregarding new forms of work.
